Members Responsibilities and Requirements
All members of this site are required to behave courteously and polite to other members and staff of Business-In-Site.com and it's subsidiaries at all times. Any member found to be behaving in a threatening, harassing, intimidating or violent manner towards another member, visitor or employee of this site will be banned from this site and any monies paid on membership will be forfeited.
Disclosure or Distribution of Members-Only material
Certain material, information, pages, products and services within this website are provided to our members as a benefit of their membership subscription, and are not available to non-members. It is prohibited for members to distribute our members-only information, products, links to downloads and other members-only material to anyone else either directly or indirectly. Any member found distributing members-only material or posting members-only download links on the Internet or which allow non-members to access any restricted material of this website will be banned from this site and any monies paid for membership of this site will be forfeited. Where possible, criminal charges will be sought and remuneration for any losses caused as a result shall be pursued.

Members are expected to behave respectfully and politely to other members and staff of this site. The BIS Forums, commenting software and other interactive features within this site should not be used to threaten, harass, intimidate or annoy others under any circumstances. Any member found breaching this condition will be banned and their membership and any monies paid forfeited, and if the matter is serious enough to require criminal investigation /charges we will assist law enforcement if and where required.
In order to avoid your e-mail address or other personal information from being gathered and used by others for inappropriate or harmful purposes, Business-In-Site advises that you should be cautious about posting personal information to (any) newsgroups, chats, or other public forums.
